
Functions
The Condamine Sports Club is available for hire by individuals, companies and community groups for a range of functions, including workshops, seminars, dinners, parties and weddings.
Someone from the committee will be available to let you in to the clubhouse (or arrange to leave a key for you), and you will be able to set the room up in the way that you require.
To book the Sports Club, please read through the following information and then use the form on the Bookings page to submit your booking enquiry to us. We will then be in contact to confirm availability and your booking details.

The Sports Club includes the following facilities and equipment:

Any other equipment required will be the responsibility of the hirer, along with the room setup and pack up.

Catering & Bar
All bookings include full access to the kitchen, and generally the hirer provides their own catering for day functions.
The Sports Club committee can arrange catering (at an extra cost) when required. This may be done by Sports Club committee members when possible, or arranged through another community group or caterer.
The Sports Club is a licensed premises, and therefore no alcohol can be brought onto the premises (all drinks must be purchased through the Sports Club bar). Bar services are available for functions, and the bar staff are arranged by the Sports Club. The license is until 12 midnight.
Cleaning
The clubhouse will be clean and tidy for your function, and we request that you respectfully leave the building in the same way as you found it (or additional cleaning fees may apply).
We use the services of a professional cleaner when required, and extra cleaning and preparation is done prior to a wedding booking.
Rates
The rates to hire the Sports Club clubhouse are as follows. Please note this is a guide, and the committee may exercise discretion where appropriate. Rates are per day, or part thereof.
Corporate (company or business): $300
Individuals - Non-Members: $200
Individuals - Members: $150
Community Groups: $150
Weddings: Please enquire
Additional days are charged at 50% of the daily rate.
A 50% deposit (non-refundable) is required to confirm your booking. The treasurer will provide a deposit invoice to you after your booking is made. The remaining 50% is to be paid upon invoice within 14 days after your function.
